Let’s Learn Adobe Lightroom 4!

Never been a fan of Adobe for my photography work but I guess you’ve got to start somewhere, right? Well, here’s how it looked like for Adobe Lightroom 4.0 (I have been notified that 4.1 is available).

Unless you are shooting with the newest models of camera (e.g. Nikon D3200) today, you should be able to get it to recognize your RAW files straight off your camera. Comparatively, against say, the default software that comes with your camera, you are instantly rewarded with more control points to utilize against your images.

Presets (left column) is where most folks are advised to begin from, where each click presents a “look” onto your existing image. Pretty boring if I may say…

Personally, none of the Presets works for me, and I can easily undo whatever I have applied onto my image by right clicking on the image and selecting “Develop Settings”, before choosing “Reset”.
