Wow! The load is on, and the wheel’s finally spinning for 2013! Work is intensifying but equally fulfilling. And that means spending more time in airport lounges and blackberrying the days away.
But it never hurt to mix it with a couple of outings that allows me to shoot, and I have in mind a couple of mountain ranges this time round. Some call this place “Thousand Mountain”, while others by the actual scenic spots littering the mountain range.
Scenic shoots mostly demand tight composition and that’s pretty much a given for a DX body that excel in this context. A 70 to 200mm range is ideal. Or go wide at 10mm. The rest boils down to the photographer’s technique, gear capability and weather conditions.
